    That's one of my irks about Ricardo Signes. Most of his modules are DEEPLY underdocumented and it's not always clear what practical use they have. 

What do you mean "under documented"?
I should not have said "most of his modules are underdocumented." I should have said: "each time I have considered using his modules, I found them underdocumented." To be specific, each of these modules, I found sorely lacking in docs:
  1. App::Cmd
  2. Data::OptList
But that comprises a mere fraction of his CPAN output if you look in his author directory so I stand with my foot in my $orifice looking sheepish.
