Can't locate in @INC (@INC contains: C:\infranet\lib c:\infranet\lib c:\infranet\lib\site c:\infranet\lib\site .) at C:\Inetpub\cgi-bin\csc\ line 6. usr_pin.conf is the configuration file add by means of require 'usr_pin_conf';

    Your comments are a little vague, but it looks like the

    Can't locate

    and the

    require 'usr_pin_conf';

    are looking for two different files. Make sure you have the right file name.
