in thread Politeness (to one another) is a virtue

Yet another example of Chromatic arguing the man instead of the argument.

And making his usual wrong assumptions on both counts.

With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.

Truth is an absolute defense against claims of libel; here is but one recent example of your behavior, in specific calling someone else a "liar" attempting to sow delusion over the trivial meaning of a word: Re^5: (Game, set, and match!).

Now go on, call that an ad hominem attack. The rest of us will discuss politeness (and, by implication, unpleasant instances of impoliteness).

in specific calling someone else a "liar"

Look again sunshine. The first accusation of lying in the thread starting at your link was not by me. And for the record, the original accuser throws that accusation around like confetti.

Once again, you read half a thread and don't follow the conversation. Hence you jump to the wrong conclusion.

Did I write that you are the only person on this site who behaves rudely? No, but even if I had, "But he was mean to me first!" is an excuse I don't accept from mature adults who really ought to behave better.
