Happy 50, merlyn!

May your next 50 years be at least as pleasant and interesting as the past ones!

You will be wandering through them maybe with less physical strength and vigour, but with more wisdom and insight. May your labouring be as valuable as it has been since, and to the benefit of yourself and all those who cross your ways. And may you remain a highly honored member of the perl community, which you helped building, for the benefit of all of us.

cheers,
--shmem

I can certainly vouch for him at the moment --- he is doing anything but laboring today. :)

I understand his upcoming Perl coaching tour is being sponsored by Metamucil. I heard a rumor that he's added some fitness routines to these new classes.

merlyn: If you read this, I hope you're aware of the number and extent of lives you've impacted for the better with your books and never-ending championing of the Perl cause.

    Happy 50th.

Wow, 50! So little older and so much wiser than me

    Happy anniversary, Merlyn.

Time for an update... time to remind the benevolent public that this perl craftsman finished another trip around the sun.

Nice to have you here, merlyn.
