Wrong!

Monks or AMs, unless they go looking for a tally (best nodes, worst nodes, etc) readers don't see a vote count on a node UNLESS they've already voted it up or down.

    Oh well, it's been such a long time since I have had any such privilege I didn't realise that. Fair enough that that is the case, but it still doesn't excuse the fascistic hierarchical nature of the local power elite here.
