It depends on what the meaning of manipulate is.

Manipulate: create by issuing commands to other programs (i.e. DB), copy/move/delete (including across networks), etc. without opening/reading.

  • Typical size: 4GB

Manipulate: read/write

[james28909]: well, i can stream from ffmpeg to mpc-hc with udp://127.0.0.1: port. guess i just need to grab these packets and slap a rtp header on it and encrypt it with linsodium and send it.
