in reply to Approval feedback

My idea would be to provide a few, limited flags (checkboxes) to give basic feedback to the poster.

I didn't like this idea when ww thought of it last month and I still don't like it :)

It dawned on me real quick that this is just busywork that could be 100% automated with an EffectivnessDetective

If not qualified as spam
If user is below level 3 and
title has stop words

or

content longer than two line, but no code tags

Then

?? An EffectivnessScore entry shows up in the Node Status nodelete?

?? An EffectivnessDetective Nodelet gets attached to the node?

?? Or the EffectivnessDetective robot sends /msg "to the op" your  [id://node] scored poorly by EffectivenessDetective, because it doesn't have effective title ... ?

?? Or the whole idea could be a new nodelet, which helps monks like you compose a /msg to the original poster
Gentle Feedback
Instant quicky

[ "title ok, enough information provided, formatting acceptable, nice job ]

Your node title "title at time of writing" is
[ ] too short
[ ] vague
[ ] uses stop words
[ ] rude

Your node formatting "title at time of writing" is
[ ] non-existent
[ ] almost complete
[ ] insane, too many bold/italics
[ ] missing code tags
[ ] missing paragraph tags
[ ] missing paragraph tags

[ send feedback (/msg) to "original poster" ]

?? Or it could just be some javascript launched from the Free Nodelet which helps you compose a /msg like above

Yes, I do believe you have successfully proposed a Free Nodelet Hack
