PerlBuzz is pretty much Andy Lester's playground; perlisalive.com redirects to perlnews.org; it's not clear how to submit to perl.com; perl.oreilly.com is a commercial site that tries to sell you stuff; and use.perl.org has been dead for years.

None of these sites is remotely useful to someone trying to broadcast Perl news. Can we just get rid of this list? If it needs a replacement, IMHO "start a blog on blogs.perl.org" is the best option.
