Archive::Unrar has the output_dir_path parameter.

    IT has a prerequisite of unrar.dll being installed

      Hardly surprising, Archive::Rar has an external dependency also you know.

        I found this module Archive::Any on cpan with no dependencies but i do not know if it sipports rar
