Thanks. I did see it a couple of times in the part week or so, but backing up and retrying (once) fixed it both times, which was a considerable improvement on previously. As I never had a reproducible scenario, there's nothing I can do to directly verify the fix, but I'll be sure to report back here if I see any further occurrence.
