in thread Reaped: Perl developers Required in India

Something got wrong in the translation I suppose, I'm mixing up languages. What I mean is that I have worked with CMMI level 5 companies in India. In times when executive management in Europe thought outsourcing was the solution to their ICT-problems: "better and cheaper". It never quite worked out. The CMMI L5 was used almost as an excuse, maybe I should have said "the same old story" instead.

IMHO CMMI is overrated.

Cheers

Harry
