Yes, actually that's what I've downloaded and I'm using Windows7. Is it working on that Windows version? I tried downloading and installing it for more than twice. Still, it shows that error message. Oh, poor me. :(

So what is the sum you get? Compare sigcheck.exe -q -h strawberry-perl-5.14.2.1-32bit.msi (or whatever file you downloaded) against http://strawberryperl.com/releases.html
