I like the idea, and just to give my two cents I'd like to appreciate the needs for more structure within all sections, so it's easier to navigate and to find related stuff. Regarding code, I'd suggest to post your idea in the Project section, but post the code in the Code Review section under the referring subsection. which should as I understood also be restricted in access only to higher level monks, even this means I'm putting myself out of the door. :-)

• Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
