One thing to note. Don't assume that because your co-workers approach problems differently, that it makes their approach 'better'. There are times when the conventional approach used by those who have been trained a certain way gets in the way of 'just getting the job done'. That having been said, it is a really good idea to do what you are doing. And I concur with the recommedation of the two books that were pointed out in a previous post.
