As far as I can tell, the view for the Open Dialog box is based on the settings for Windows Explorer or any previous instances of the dialog box. So if you change the view in one dialog box and open another, the view should be remembered.
You may need to specify an owner for the dialog box using the -owner parameter.
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
