I understand you don't have much use for Perl in vim but I do.  I would be very interested in helping to ensure that this is supported.  I understand that Perl is not as widely used on Windows as on Linux.

Please let me know what I can do to make this happen.  Any chance there is some documentation available on how I can set things up to write plugins in Perl?  If I get it working, would you be interested in distributing it?
