In a discussion here, I, perhaps rashly, offered to do something about categorising spreadsheet Q&As. Although there was little response either way, I have been doing some work on this for my own purposes. The table that follows is far from complete, and is intended at present to serve only as an example of what I think could usefully be done.
My thinking has been driven by my need to find information. Therefore, some references appear in several sections. I think this is the best way of dealing with items that refer to more than one category, but I would appreciate feedback. I'd also like advice on how to format this for maximum usability. I don't speak HTML, so inevitably this looks a little odd. In fact, I would appreciate any sort of feedback, including downvotes if I'm wasting people's time. So, here it is.
