New line wrapping feature

Now the line wrapping features that nuance suggested has been implemented. Right now it breaks lines at 80 columns within <CODE> tags by default.

You can turn this off in your user settings or readjust the number of columns at which it breaks lines.

One caveat:

• It does the substitutition all of the special characters have been html-escaped this means that lines that contain many of these characters might be cut off prematurely. (There will probably be an improvement there later)

It may be just aesthetics, but you have no idea how easier on the eyes SOPW and the homenode look now. I don't even mind that the HTML gets broken up sometimes. I'd rather have broken HTML that I can read (and deduce), than non-broken HTML scrolling 4 miles down to the right. This is a major improovement!

It's really excellent. One slight problem I'm having is that it doesnt seem to be implemented on the craft section. Is that right?
