I proudly announce the little brother and complement of cbstream: cbupstream, an irc to chatterbox bridge.
Together with cbstream and cbupstream, you can communicate on the chatterbox with any irc client easily. Cbstream reads messages on the chatterbox and repeats them to an irc channel, while cbupstream listens to what you write on the channel and writes it to the chatterbox (after a simple login procedure). The toolkit is now complete.
You should find all information about cbstream and cbupstream on the cbstream and cbupstream FAQ.
Should you have any further questions or comments, you can message me or use this as a discussion thread.
(Update 2007 feb 16: change stream in the node title to bridge, thanks to jdporter for warning me.)
Update 2007 jul 2: from now on, the single bot called cbstream will serve both directions. The FAQ shall be updated later.
This means that you know have to address login and logout memos to cbstream instead of cbupstream.
Update 2008 aug 4: the login procedure has changed once again.
