--- UPDATE --- Well mum is really getting hot in the head. Thanks for the help, I'm gonna have to take it to shop to be fixed. I opened the case and found mounds of kitty hair and ramen noodles shoved in the vents...i think that's what crashed it. Well, thanks anyway :(

I'm going to assume that you are either an extremely lazy slob or that you have a younger sib who is. *winces* Either way, "ramen noodles shoved in the vents" ... that's not a very Perlish issue.
