What do you do if you have to gainsay two opposing statements, each being binary?

You do something else. Hit by disparate signals, you can choose the Greylag goose way, which, being presented with food and an attacker, chooses to groom itself. Or, if you have a viable path, do a longjmp(3).

No such escape in this context. Trying something else.
