Is there some nice full fledged example documentation for using the modules you mention? I went through the docs for CGI::Prototype but couldn't gather much.

I don't think there are any docs on using CGI::Prototype with those other modules. You have to get that by knowing all those other modules and then figuring out that "aha, they can work together!".
