Another Anonymous Monk here. The question was To whom does one complain? Complaining to perlmonks and earning some XP sounds like a great suggestion. Gavin reads between the lines too much :)

    You want the XP so much? I tell you what, if you de-anonymise and pursuade 'management' to the idea of me transferring XP to you, then you can every single point I gained through this thread. Indeed, as an added incentive, you get that agreement and I'll add a bonus of 1000 oh-so-valuable XP points to sweeten the deal.
