wind has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I've noticed a small error in perldoc perlfaq5 where the example code closes the glob FILE instead of the lexical $fh. The footer claims that the documentation is maintained by Perl 5 Porters, but the link provided is not found.

Where's the proper place to report small syntax errors like this?

    I've gone ahead and emailed brian d foy, the noted contributor of the faq entry. Just used his cpan and website email addresses.
