<p>Sticking in a <c>use CGI;</c> is not magically going to make it a working webap. You have to write code to make it work. The approach of transforming XML with XSLT to generate a html page is fine. What is missing from your code is the CGI stuff. For example I would expect (at least) something like:</p>
<code>
use strict;
use warnings;
use CGI;
$q = CGI->new;
print $q->header,
$q->start_html('blabla'),
$q->end_html;
</code>
<p>Where do you create the HTTP header? Where do you tell it to output the html?</p>
