25+ years programming just about everything ... including the original PCs (before they were called PCs) running CPM80 with CBASIC to minicomputers (HP 3000, IBM System 3x, Data General, Prime, Dec VAXen -- 750s, MicroVAX, MicroVAX 2, VAX clusters) to the original IBM PCs, the original Apple 128K MAC (sodered in my own 512KB memory upgrade), to mainframes (both IBM and Borroughs), to Intel 386s running SCO Xenix (SCO Forum was an absolute blast "back in the day" -- August on the campus UC Santa Cruz, what happened?), Motorola 680x0 based Sun workstations through to 8 way Sun Enterprise servers, the IBM PC RT, every version of Oracle starting with 4.1.4 (was an Oracle*FORMS "expert" once, even met Larry at an Oracle beta users meeting in the glass towers of Redwood Shores), Information Builders Focus, Ingres (what happened?), MS Pascal and Borland too, C, Fortran, Java, never could get to like C++,
