I live in Houston and work for an oil company. I take care of large amounts of well data and was recently turned on to perl after years of mucking around with VBA in Excel. It's been like someone turning on a lightbulb after years of hunting around with a flashlight! Needless to say, I'm hooked. In my spare time, I'm usually playing Quake III Arena on the OverdrivePC.com servers. The pic was taken at QuakeCon 2002. That's me on the far left with some of the OPC crew.
