What are you having trouble accomplishing?
Finding a calendar widget/control?
displaying calendar widget in response to button click?
updating text field based on calendar widget selection?

Try The GUI Loft -- a Win32::GUI designer/builder for Windows User Interface creation in Perl

but ask yourself first Is Win32::GUI the best perl GUI toolkit on Windows?, Does Win32::GUI work with Unicode/UTF-8?
