just as an FYI, this will not run under mod_perl (at least for me). Getting "will not stay shared" errors and seg fault. But I don't think you designed this with mod_perl in mind anyway :). If you're interested, I'll post the error log, but I didn't want to clutter this up unless you wanted it. Rich
