Both http://deps.cpantesters.org/depended-on-by.pl and Metacpan's Reverse Dependency Tool only show immediate reverse-dependencies.

As for Regexp::Grammars, are you referring to rt://86410? That's been fixed in version 1.030, which is dated June 25th 2013. I don't see any 5.18 FAIL reports for version 1.030.

Update: But there are Other issues.
