Why is the error with libclntsh.so.11.1 happening? Is it a permissions issue for libclntsh.so.11.1 or Oracle.so? (We are running as root, why would permissions matter?)

I was thinking of the first error. It says "Can't load '/home/root/.cpan/build/DBD-Oracle-1.58/blib/arch/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so' for module DBD::Oracle:libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory " Since it mentioned both Oracle.so and libclntsh.so.11.1, I wasn't sure which is the real issue... but fresher eyes today (I want to say it's Oracle.so)

Well, through the magic of firefox, ctrl+f had missed it for me, but see Re: DBD::Oracle install and run ldd -v to get some diagnostical info, then export some vars or something :) see Re^3: DBD::mysql fail install check (DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH ldd otool install_name_tool VERSIONER_PERL_PREFER_32_BIT .bundle/.dylib/.so
