What about a nice green theme??

How about a nice green theme in the style of the ones they use on the Sun e-mail pages. How about that, you know you want to, go on.

Thanks in advance and well done for a great site! (Apart from the lack of green themes:))

IMO, I would rather see (if/when new devs are put on board), a theme that has consistent CSS tags such that anyone can create their own user CSS stylesheet and make their own themes. One could then effectively 'share' themes, or as others have previously suggested, allow such themes to be stored on site so that the theme is always there regardless of where the user is logged in.

There's already some CSS being used by PM, but it's not sufficiently consistent to be able to do this.

It's not what you know, but knowing how to find it if you don't know that's important

I heartily agree with Masem to an extent where simply ++ing his post did not seem sufficient.

We could just specify an external URL for style sheets although seeing as how lvl 5+ monks are storing (at least) one image on the site, a small style sheet in addition wouldn't take up that much room.

A more simple alternative would be to just allow users to specify colours (possibly from a predefined palette) for different text styles on the site.

One thing people need to consider about the use of green and red - the most common form of colour blindness - which affects about 5 to 10 percent of men, is red / green colour blindness. Those who have this tend to see red and green in different shades of grey.

Funny you should say that, as I myself am red/green colour blind. But I meant an all green theme: A light green background, text in bottle green or white and the big titley thingys in a a darker green.

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.
