If nothing is written to the file, it never changes. So why are you parsing it over and over again? I don't see the point in that but perhaps you can explain.

Its actually a part of large framework with different API's each of them independently will have access to file at various stages. So , the file is parsed multiple times, though nothing is written to it. Regards, Bala.	[reply]
