sorry, i wasn't thinking...
the answer is yes to everything, i dont know anything about mysql though, even though my service does have it, it will be updated several times daily, 3-6 people will be updating (probably 5) it, and i don't know about the minimum/maximum size...i guess something like slashdot for that or something...don't have anything to look at now, before i really get the site up i figured i should learn perl enough to satisfy me and stuff, it won't be up for a while
