Well done on your first JAPH. If you are interested in obfu, you may be interested in the nodes below. The first two, by the legendary Erudil, shaped like the numbers one and two respectively, reminded me of your eight-shaped obfu.

Not quite working here. When copy-pasted to here, I get the intended result. But when it appears on the tty, I get a lot of strange symbols, as in:

...but only on the XFCE terminal. On XTerm, it appears just fine.
This is on 5.16.2, i586-linux-thread-multi.
