I think your best bet is to simply ask the TPF folks.

If donating to a US entity is too troublesome, you could also donate to the YAPC::Europe Foundation, which is also very beneficial to the Perl community.

Dear moritz, Thanks for the info. I sent mail to TPF folks. My employer would be willing to donate to perl5 more than YAPC but I will keep YAPC option also. Thanks for pointing.	[reply]
