Change:

"{<<{15}<<}|{>(5)>}|{><}|{<<{15}<<}|{>(5)>}%|"

to:

"{<{15}<}|{>{5}>}|{><}|{<{15}<}|{>{5}>}%|"

Update: Which only removes the error message... padding issue still remains as AM says.
