I used to use quite a few IDE's or editors, such as Nedit, Geany, KDevelop, Quanta, etc., but a few years ago I discovered Sublime Text and now use it almost exclusively for all my programming needs. If you're curious about it, check out their web page at https://www.sublimetext.com/
