The Getting Help page on the R project website links to the R-help mailing list. Have you tried that?

community of R in stackoverflow doesn't respond to R questions

Yup, and that is why Perl is often a great choice. Maybe you'd like to ask your question here in a language agnostic way and maybe we can find a Perl solution for you?

Optimising for fewest key strokes only makes sense transmitting to Pluto or beyond

Thank you so much for your reply but i need answer in R language like it has to be done in R and not in perl. can you do that provide an R solution for me?

This forum is about Perl and things related to Perl. If you have a question about other programming languages, you will most likely need to find another forum to ask your question. This is not the place for R questions.

I would not call myself an R "expert" yet, but I've written a few things in it, and I have a number of R references at my disposal. What is your question?

Many of the best discussions of "R" actually occur within discussions of "statistics in general," often in the context of well-known systems like SAS and SPSS, all of which now contain support for "R." This is now recognized as a programming language which concerns statistics, and which therefore offers useful things that these "macro-based tools" don't have. But nevertheless it's rarely discussed independently. (You will also find meaningful discussion in Python circles.)

For whatever reason, the language that you will find being used in "R" circles is Python, not Perl.
No, the language used in R circles is R.
Try again: "the language other than R, SAS and SPSS." Like it or not it isn't Perl.
