There is an easy way, use SQLite, see DATABASE linked from from dsn which I linked previously. You need to read the documentation for the tool.

The App::geoip page doesn't explain how to use it with SQLite. Ir only says it works with SQLite.	[reply]

dsn: "If the connection works, the tables used by this tool will be created if not yet present." Provide a working connection, the tool does literally everything else for you.	[reply]

I'm using a shared hosting server. I'm not even sure if SQLite is installed for the user and how to connect to it :(	[reply]
