Marketing and branding for The Perl Foundation (TPF) poll

I came across the Marketing and branding for The Perl Foundation (TPF) poll, and thought you all might want to participate in helping the TPF come up with a marketing plan.

My OS is Debian 10 (Buster); my perl versions are 5.28.1 local and 5.16.3 or 5.30.0 on web host depending on the shebang.

No matter how hysterical I get, my problems are not time sensitive. So, relax, have a cookie, and a very nice day!

I fail to find any indication that this survey is actually done on behalf of the Perl Foundation. TPF doesn't mention it, though their recent article Can you help TPF with community communication? or their blog in general, are suitable locations. The survey does not even claim to be originated by TPF, either.

So this could be just another e-mail harvesting scam.

Yeah, I've checked that Reddit post, too. nige-123 seems to have joined immediately before posting this, and hasn't been seen on Reddit before. They also didn't bother to respond to brian d foy's question, who seems to have similar concerns.

The Reddit article just threw a link over the fence, without any context. This is careless, to say the least.

It is official, please see TPF Survey: Marketing and Branding.

I found out about this poll on Twitter when it was posted by Dean Hamstead. I found out Mark Keating, the chair of TPF marketing, is behind the poll. That is all I know at this time.
