All of my career has been spent in the commercial world. This research is being done in order to find an optimum solution to a large scale and ongoing commercial problem. The results of the research will, hopefully, cut my customer's annual electricity bill by millions of pounds. Hence their readiness to throw £1/4 million at researching this optimisation.
