Oh... you got me. I had worked on this yesterday and posted it today without noticing someone had produced an @INC solution. Oh well. The approach has some subtle differences; I'm using the filehandle iterator approach instead of the buffer approach, but the result is the same. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Dave
