yes google is indexing them occasionally, often as qsXXX.pair.com with s/X/[0-9]/g
And the path is sometimes quite long and random because it's leading to some divine experiments, which were probably not meant for the public.

Now there's the dilemma of authorship - talexb had the idea, but you did the hard work. We don't really have a good solution for this.
Also bear in mind all of this has to fit in the Voting Booth nodelet, so having fewer options is usually better.

I prefer the polls that give more choices, but if that provides technical challenges, or if there's a history showing that longer polls get fewer responses, then pollsters can pick whatever subset makes the most sense

Unfortunately, we don't have a mechanism for sharing authorship like that. In the past, I've often given up authorship of my own poll ideas by assigning them to pollsters. I could do that in this case if there are no objections. It's the nearest "solution" we have for indicating more than one author.
