yes google is indexing them occasionally, often as qsXXX.pair.com with s/X/[0-9]/g
And the path is sometimes quite long and random because it's leading to some divine experiments, which were probably not meant for the public.

Right! My pair.com host used to be pyyl.pair.com .. it's now something else (he said mysteriously). :)
Perhaps the poll can have an 'Something else, when I'm feeling particularly nerdy (explain in the comments)' option.
