in reply to HTTP::Cookies::Chrome doesn't seem to decrypt properly
in thread HTTP::Cookies::Chrome fails with Chrome cookies

I'm looking at this, but I think what you are seeing is a SHA that google now prepends to the cookie value <a https://gist.github.com/creachadair/937179894a24571ce9860e2475a2d2ec

I'm taking this in https://github.com/briandfoy/http-cookies-chrome/issues/13 . There are a couple of things that need to be updated all around.
