You are misinterpreting what you see there. What this is showing is that the post has been approved into the SOPW section. The way that's done is, two directional links — one for each direction — of type "perlquestion approved linktype" are created, linking the node to the section and vice versa. It's a crappy system, and tye was working on a replacement before he went on indefinite hiatus.
