I've had the same problems running this chatterbox client on my NT box, but no problem whatsoever on my 98 box. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to try and figure it out, but it seems odd to me that the error message has blanks where it should have a variable or class name ( 'Could not find ___ in ____ ...'). perhaps this is a known issue to the author...
