These are general guidelines which may not reflect the actual practice.

The monastery is not an empire of a ruling lawyers cast busy keeping each other in job (like some western countries are).

I might opt to correct these guidelines, but in reality there are far too many to be read...

Messaging janitors to undo the move should be enough.

Personally I'd just accept the fact and enjoy the huge publicity for a tl;dr post.

    Narrowing the guidelines after a decade and a half is not cool :D

      I'm pretty sure they grew over time, like the internet did.

      I'm here for 8 years now and am still discovering "new" official stuff

        :) "cool" has been about "cool" since the beginning, snippets.. were incorporated into the section, but the "cool" part didn't get cut out -- you don't cut the root , it lives in the name

      LanX didn't say narrow, he said correct. To the contrary, in fact, he implied enlarge

        Well, I think beech is mainly preoccupied with "coolness" ...

        ... YMMV!
