perldoc perlthrtut, says that Boss/Worker model is common in GUI applications. Can you kindly elaborate your comment, I didn't understand parts of it. I am new to Threads concepts.

I cannot offer anything that uses curses directly as I don't use it, it doesn't run on my platform and whatever transient knowledge I had of it has long since been archived into long-term write-only storage :) With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday' Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
